Adam Santos
Adam Santos started DJing not long after his first party in 2001, at 17. He spent the next few years learning his craft behind the decks and broke into the house scene in 2005. His first booking was a party in Monterrey (Vatkru), where he played to a crowd of 5,000. Since then he’s played clubs and parties all over Houston, plus New Orleans, Dallas and Austin.
His sound runs from housey grooves to hard-hitting techno. He doesn’t stick to one lane, and he’s obsessed with finding new ways to blend two tracks together. To him it’s more science than practice. He loves both sides of DJing, the art and the technical, and connecting with the crowd is a big part of what keeps him going.
He’s held residencies at Houston clubs like GrassHopper, Jet Lounge, Toc and Chaise Lounge, on top of countless guest spots at warehouse parties and club nights. He’s also in the studio working on his own tracks, with releases coming soon. His goal is to take his music worldwide, inspire people who are new to house, and show his kids that chasing your dreams pays off.
